| Sunday October 16th - Champions of the Future Amelia and Louise This lovely photo shows Amelia left and little sister Louise sharing the 'Golfer of the Week' trophy at Caulderfields Golf Club as they came 1st and 2nd respectively earlier this month (and there's only one trophy) Amelia has been having lessons inbetween practicing for around 12 months and Louise for the past month or so. Amelia has already started having coaching lessons and both are junior members at Caulderfields which is also where Dad is a member Amelia loves golf and is so passionate, she is constantly badgering mum and dad (Jo and Dean) to take her. So far she has achieved a round on the 18 hole pitch and putt course but its not quite enough for her and she can't wait to go back out again. She averages approx 5 shots per hole and has parred several and even birdied one. Lou has a basic (Jazz) Driver, a 7 iron and putter to practice with. These were Amelias hand me downs and shes likely to get some more now that big sister has a georgous girlie set of Calloways. (Thanks to work colleague Jo for the update)  |

He has been playing about 15 months and it all began with a trip to the golf range with his grandad
He attends a group lesson every Saturday morning and also has a private lesson every other Wednesday with one of the professionals at Calderfields Golf Club, Walsall.
